首先我们点击这里的：更多信息。

系统就会跳转到官方的解除限制机器人。

或者我们也可以直接在搜索栏搜索：Spam Info Bot。也可以找到这个机器人。

需要注意的是，我们在搜索的时候，还会跳出来很多其他图标一样的机器人，这些多是第三方开发者开发的，安全性不可知。所以建议大家选择使用带有蓝标认证的这个官方机器人。

接下来我们点击：start（开始）

然后选择第二个选项：But I can't message non-contacts!（但我无法向非联系人发送消息！）

接下来选择第一个选项：No, I'll never do any of this!（不，我永远不会做任何这样的事情！）

接下来输入：

I believe my account has been restricted by mistake.
